By the time I left Tbilisi last spring and the warm company of so many wonderful Georgians, I was already dreaming about returning. From eating the best khachapuri I have ever tasted to being toasted at a feast, I was introduced to a fascinating range of people. For the Georgians, family is the core and that is what I set out to explore.
